  1. A Discus
  • flip it over like a pancake
  • 1, 2, throw!
    2.  A Shotput
  • lean back before you throw
  • have the ball on your neck
  • make it whoosh past your ear
   3.  A Nerf
  • lean back before you throw
  • hold the nerf on the fat part
  • hold the nerf behind your ear
  • make it whoosh past your ear

    1. At High Jump
  • run up to the mat
  • kick your legs up over the pole
    2. At Long Jump
  • run as fast as you can
  • when you get to the end of the grass, leap as far as you can

  • we need to run as fast as we can
  • we need to run in a straight line
  • put your feet behind the line
  • get ready to run
  • wait until Fiona says "Ready, Set, GO!"

We are learning how to count in 2's, 5's and 10's!  We have been talking about the strategies that we can use to help us.  One strategy that we can use is to use a hundreds board to help us.  That is what we are doing in these movies.
